In the light of this question, posed by the Globalised Crystal Ball (a discussion organised by De Balie, Amsterdam), non-profit organisation Visual Foreign Correspondents asked artist Tiffany Holmes to reflect on the issue by means of a video that will be screened on various urban screens in Amsterdam.
